By accessing or using the services of GsmUnlockingStore ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our User License Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Service usage

Our unlocking services are intended for legal purposes only.

You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

2. Service & Policies 

We provide service internationally and offer support every single day, including non-business days. Unconfirmed payments or orders that do not meet our service requirements will be declined. Please note that orders may be delayed during the festive season.

GsmUnlockingStore is not liable for incorrect IMEI details or previously unlocked devices submitted by the user.

3. Price Changes Notice

Please be aware that prices may fluctuate based on service demand and third-party providers. The price displayed may vary at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Funds in your wallet can only be used for purchasing services available on GsmUnlockingStore. Withdrawal of funds to an external account is not allowed. Your funds are strictly for use on the platform to access our services.

5. Tool and credit service

Credits Purchase: Once credits for any service or tool are purchased and added to your account, they are strictly non-refundable. Tool Activation: Once a tool activation or renewal is processed, it cannot be rejected or reversed. Please ensure all details are correct before ordering.

6.  Order & Processing

In-Process Orders: Once an order is in "In-Process" status, it cannot be canceled or rejected under any circumstances. Service Delays: While we strive for speed, services may occasionally be delayed due to third-party supplier issues. In such cases, customers are required to cooperate and wait until the process is completed by the supplier.

If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement, please do not place order with us.
